“After 17 years in this crazy Real Estate business, I have seen it all! I have worked with every kind of person from the analytical to the free spirit’s. People who put their pets’ needs first on their list of must-have’s for their new house, and those who have moved several times because they get bored in the same space for too long. Many people have made powerful Real Estate investments which have changed their lives, and some have hated being landlords and have learned that investing isn’t for everyone. It has been a true pleasure to be counted on by these clients to help them with their Real Estate needs no matter which direction they headed.
As my career progressed over the years, I came to a realization that the people I love working with the most are nice people who value my expertise. I have especially enjoyed working with the senior population in helping them think through things like whether to stay in their homes or move, and where to move while at the same time making sure their decisions made financial sense.
I enjoy B-B networking and have made some amazing connections with very smart and skilled people who know everything there is to know about financial planning, tax ramifications, accounting, mortgages, design, moving, senior living options, attorneys, etc.. It is always a pleasure to know just who to send someone to when they come to me with these types of questions. I always love when people ask me questions, and if I don’t have the answer, I usually know where to find it.”
